We are looking to pre-sign 5 anchor clients for AI / Cloud / Mining and secure $500M to purchase and build out the facility that will change the face of Fort Worth, Texas. This project not only helps secure Fort Worth as one of the highest source of space/power/bandwidth in the region but it will draw other companies in the area to form a massive hosting environment not seen anywhere else.

We are looking to raise $300M to $500M to complete the project. This will include the purchase of the project and completion of the suites and 5 anchor spaces.
IXP Exchange (FTW-1)
This IXP would provide the facility with the bandwidth and future proofing it needs to excelerate the growth for Fort Worth, Texas to compete with Dallas and surronding markets.
